Woman accused of beating son for not going to church

This is absolutely stupid! Who the hell would do such a thing just because their child doesnt want to go to church? The abuse needs to stop! As a black person I am so embarrassed of how most of us still take this shit seriously. I am so sick of this shit! It's not that fucking serious to be beating your kids.

Blacks claiming to know the "TRUTH" about god..

I don't know about any of you guys out there, but I'm not going to follow anyone regardless of race if they cant prove what they are claiming to believe is true. I don't have to listen to someone, or believe what they say, because I'm black. I'm sick of this. I'm fucking sick and tired of how we as black people don't allow other black people to believe and do and live our lives as we see fit. It's like we're bringing slavery back into our race and culture, and I'm sick of it. This shit needs to stop. It really needs to end, now.

I don't get why people of other races are able to allow other people of their race to believe, do and live as they see fit, but we cant do it for people of our own race. Why is it that we're the only race of people, who believe's that we all have to agree/believe in the same things, do the same things, and live the same lifestyles, because we're black? I could be wrong, but it seems to me that we're the only ones, who have this problem.

This shit is just ridiculous! I am so fed up with this crap. I don't know what the fuck to do.

If there are any black Atheists out there. Please tell me, did you ever have to deal with this bullshit like this lady in the video? Did you ever had other black people come up to you, and tell you you don't know the truth, because you're an Atheist? And you chose not to be what I (and other people) consider to be a slave to religion, and some imaginery being? Because I did!

If you ever had to deal with this. Please tell me about it. Post it in the comments section explaining what happened, and what you had to deal with, when it came to this issue. And how you dealt with it.

My Family Thinks I'm Going To Hell -The Thinking Atheist Podcast #21

What do you think about this whole thing? I think this is a terrible thing! It's really sad that people have this kind of fear, and that Atheists like myself have to deal with our families telling us that we're going to hell for disbelief. This attitude really upsets me, and I hope people can one day realize that this whole thing (religion) is a myth, and that they can finally overcome their fears of hell and punishment. Hopefully they can free themselves from this, and won't have to worry about their loved ones/friends going to this place called "Hell"!
